NorthgateArinso - Convergys Aquistion Finalised

Neller is extremely pleased to announce that today, 2nd June 2010, the NorthgateArinso (NGA) acquisition of the HRM Division of Convergys is now complete.

The NGA goal, is to be the world's number one provider of HR solutions and the trusted partner of HR decision makers. One of NGA's key strategic priorities has been to grow their North American business, and today, NGA have taken a significant step towards achieving that goal. This will strengthen their position and brand in the US and around the world, transforming them into a major player in the US market. NGA's North American business now achieves similar size and scale to the very successful European and UK businesses and their delivery capability in Asia will also increase significantly with this acquisition.  

The American market is the largest HR Services market accounting for 35% of the global market. It also has the largest concentration of headquarters of Multinational corporations. NGA's unique platform based (euHReka) outsourcing capability, combined with their global reach and experience, and their new scale and presence in the American market will really enable them to grow faster and achieve their goal of being the world's No 1 HR Systems and Services company.

Since NGA communicated their intention to acquire Convergys back in March 2010, the news sparked huge interest from clients, analysts and the media.  It is widely recognised that NGA are joining together two pioneering companies to create a very compelling proposition for their clients. NGA is a pioneer in HR services as Convergys is in the world of HR Outsourcing - and this is a very exciting and unique position to be in.

This is the beginning of an exciting, new phase in the NorthgateArinso and Neller journey and we are confident that it will be a huge success!
