This award, presented at the black tie Gala Dinner held in the Parks Ballroom at the Sydney Convention Centre on October 30, recognises CEOs and MDs for their contribution to HR. The 2008 Australian HR Awards recognise excellence across the entire spectrum of HR, with 16 categories ranging from strategic planning, to innovation in recruitment, to the best HR team the awards also recognise those empowering HR's efforts through the CEO award for best HR champion.
