Media Release - Neller Board Announced

Neller; leading provider of on-demand people management software, today announced the appointment of Mr. Philip Speakman as Chairman and Mr. Geoffrey Murdoch as non-executive director to its newly formed board.

The new board, which includes Neller managing director David Page, is the final step in a management restructure for the Adelaide based technology company, following the recent Management buy-out and substantial investment by ANZ Capital.

Philip Speakman, is best known in Adelaide circles as the founding director of Philip Speakman & Associates, a leading South Australian executive recruitment firm in the late 80's and 90's which was eventually acquired by Select Recruitments Plc in 1998.  Mr. Speakman is currently a senior advisor to KPMG in Adelaide and sits on the board of the Art Gallery of South Australia.

Geoffrey Murdoch, based in Melbourne, has a broad range of strategic, financial and operational capabilities.  Mr. Murdoch spent 18 years with Ernst & Young including partnership for seven years in Melbourne and San Francisco.  Mr. Murdoch is currently a non-executive director of a $450m market capitalisation company, WHK Group Limited, Chairman of the Audit Committee and maintains his registration as a company auditor with ASIC.
