Five years ago, Neller was the first Australian company to offer people management technology online from a hosted site accessed using simple browser technology. Neller has successfully evolved its business model to the on demand "software as a service" ethos to enable integration and dramatic cost reductions for its clients. The company was singled out for the IBM honour for providing customers with innovative, robust hosted technology that is flexible enough to handle enormous variation in processing volumes. The company's technology uses the same source code within both its hosted and in-house solutions.
