Our Professional Services team has an Australia-wide focus to provide the business and product specialisation that is required to enable our clients to derive maximum value from their investment in Preceda.
Recent changes to Professional Services are aimed at streamlining our problem resolution service, enhancing information flows and ensuring escalation paths and client feedback mechanisms are in place to enable Neller to increase the level of pro-active service to clients.

Sylvia Braida – Professional Services Director
A valuable addition to the Neller Software team with over 10 years senior management experience in information technology, most recently as Director of Consulting for PeopleSoft’s Australia and New Zealand practice of over 120 staff. She will develop Neller’s Professional Services team and extend our service offerings to add greater value to your investment in Neller.

Bernadette Sleigh – HR/Payroll Consultant
Previously with Concept Systems, Bernadette joined our Sydney Professional Services team in September. So as well as valuable time as a client herself, she contributes experience across a number of roles including implementation consulting, Help Desk support and account management.
