What a Year it's been31 December, 2003
Unquestionably, the highlight of the year for me was the success of our Breakfast Briefings and Client Day in September. Over 550 clients and prospects joined us for breakfast at five different events around the country. In excess of 200 attendees filled each of the ballrooms of the Hyatt and Shangri La hotels in Melbourne and Sydney alone. Encouraging open interaction between clients and prospects is unparalleled in our industry, but this is exactly what we did and served to highlight the openness of our business and our desire to engage in meaningful active working partnerships with clients. The response has been very gratifying with committed business now right through into the 1st Qtr of 2004. Growth brings challenges to any organisation to maintain the quality of product and service delivery. The management team at Neller is now very focussed on improving the processes and procedures behind our service delivery and I have no doubt as we continue to further refine our business model we can again look forward to continuing success throughout 2004.
