Neller Employer Services can provide a comprehensive Deductions Management Service (DMS) to its clients.  The DMS offering is similar to a clearing house but applies to alldeduction types including superannuation, union, social club, medical insurance, garnishee, etc.  Our experienced and professional staff can take all the hassle and stress out of this traditionally laborious task.

Our DMS process allows Preceda On Demand clients to create one file from within Preceda On Demand containing all deductions for all employees for the month, which is then uploaded into the DMS system.  The Neller Employer Services team then manages and distributes the deductions to each recipient on the agreed date.

DMS is able to provide clients with a simple 'once only' process at the end of each month.  The DMS solution can help eliminate the month end processes many organisations have to go through to prepare csv file or hardcopy listing of deductions, and the creation of payments either via EFT or cheque.

Authorised DMS users can log into Preceda On Demand to view the status of their deductions, the processing/payment dates, as well as view all historical transactions at either the employee or deduction level.  Significant labour savings can be made by implementing DMS.
