Neller Foundation Support provides you:

  • HelpDesk Support - Access in-depth application and technical knowledge to find answers to your questions about Preceda applications and hosting environment.
  • Product Upgrades - Neller is continually enhancing Preceda software. You will receive rights to future software releases including the latest technologies and new product features.
  • Account Management - Your Account Manager is your advocate at Neller, responsible for your success and helping you extend the value of your Neller investment. The account manager also owns issue escalation and resolution, should things not quite go as planned.
  • Web Based Tools - Access the Client only area of our website to obtain information about Payment Summaries and ATO Bulletins, download product enhancements or participate in a "Preceda Forum" with other clients.

Neller Extended Support - If you want to specify the assistance you need, when you need it and how much you pay for it, our Extended Support agreement can offer a range of premium-level services for help desk support, system auditing and platform maintenance.

NDF Reader (Clients Only)

You need to have the Neller Document Format (NDF) Reader installed on your computer to view the ePayslip. If the NDF Reader is already installed, simply double click on the attachment. If it is not installed on your computer, click on the hypertext link below to download a free copy from the NDF Reader Internet homepage at http://www.neller.com.au/NDFReader/NDFReader.htm

Please note - The download may take a while if you are using a dial up connection.

Once the download is completed you should check that the NDF reader has installed correctly - you can do this by going to START>>PROGRAMS and the NDF Reader should be visible in the list of programs
