Accessibility

Preceda Self Service transfers information ownership directly to the employee, decentralising access to information, increasing the accuracy and value of the information and allowing HR professionals to concentrate on high value add, strategic initiatives.

Using nothing more than a Web Browser, your employees can access their own information in Preceda People via your corporate intranet. And with the appropriate authorisation they can even change personal information such as their address, contact information, dependants and emergency contacts.  Decentralised organisations with widespread staff dispersal can even allow employees access to their own personal information via the Internet.

Security

Neller has invested heavily in the design, development and testing of security for Preceda Self Service.  Security is applied at three levels - network, server and the application itself. 

Neller has designed PrecedaSelf Service to utilise the secure access provided by a 128Bit SSL Certificate encryption.  This is the same data encryption technology as used by all on-line banks.  The application also utilises the leading edge and unparalleled security built into the IBM iSeries platform. In much the same way as they use an ATM, employees use their personal ID with a unique password to access their own information.
