Neller's Preceda@work program is a full service employee benefit solution. Accessed via Preceda Self Service, Preceda@work enables you to implement an employee benefit solution providing thousands of dollars worth of value to your staff, without having to use valuable human resources to negotiate and maintain such offers.

The Preceda@work solution can include the following:

  • Access to over 6,000 supplier relationships, including major brands such as Accor Hotels, Europcar, Apple Computers, Hoyts Cinemas, Webjet, Harvey Norman, amongst others
  • Branded website for each organisation client, so it is "your" program
  • Discounts and privileges for a wide selection of daily lifestyle benefits
  • Ticket box office for staff to access shows, concerts and sport tickets
  • Access to pre-buying gift vouchers for major retail stores at discounted prices, including Coles, Woolworths, David Jones, Sportsgirl, Borders Books & Sanity Music.
  • Access to a wide selection of online shopping portals with special privileges and deals for your staff.

The program is supported by a third party partner with Neller, who updates your branded Preceda@work website on a weekly basis with the latest offers. The offers can be customised, so if there are competing suppliers in the program they can be removed. Similarly if you have any employee benefit offers already in place, they can be incorporated into the Preceda@work website, becoming the "one-stop" portal for your employee benefit program.

The Preceda@work program have purchased in bulk gift vouchers for major retail stores at a discounted price. Save 5% off Coles and Woolworths gift cards, and that means savings off the weekly groceries bill. Save 10% off Sanity Music, Borders Books, DFO, Country Road, Sportsgirl and others  and use these for gifts, own use or as a company you can access these as staff rewards and extend your budget further.

The unique feature of the Preceda@work program is that all offers are always current and relevant. The benefit of the third party is a team of people who are dedicated to constantly seeking new offers to add to the program, and these offers are communicated weekly via a company branded email to your staff – either via a central contact at your office to forward on, or it can be sent out to all staff who have registered their email addresses with the program. 

Access can be allocated to your entire group of Preceda Self Service users or a select group – you decide. It is a stress free program to provide more benefits to your employees, raising the overall value of your employment package. The Preceda@work program can provide regular reporting to you on usage, as well as other promotional material to help you and your staff maximise and understand the value of the program.
